Recent transaction history

You can generate an investment transaction report for your clients to see their recent transaction history.

  1. Log in to Adviser Online
  2. From the global search bar, select Accounts from the drop-down
  3. Search for your client’s account number or name
  4. Click the Investment Transactions tab
  5. Adjust the date ranges or search for a security to filter the transactions
  6. You can also Download or Print the transactions.

Investment transactions by security

You can switch views in your investment transaction report to filter by date or securities in Adviser Online.

  1. Log in to Adviser Online
  2. From the global search bar, search for your client’s account number or name
  3. Click the Investment transactions tab
  4. Choose between Date view or Security view
  5. Adjust the date ranges or search for a security to filter the transactions
  6. You can also Download or Print the transactions.

Investment transactions of an SMA

You can view the investment transactions of a Separately Managed Account (SMA) through Adviser Online.

  1. Log in to Adviser Online
  2. From the global search bar, search for your client’s account number or name
  3. Click the Investment Transactions tab
  4. Select SMA(s) under View transactions for
  5. Choose the SMA from the SMA account drop list if there are multiple SMAs
  6. Adjust the date ranges or search for a security to filter the transactions
  7. You can also Download or Print the transactions.
