You can run several reports to confirm your client’s pension account balance.

Account Reports

  1. Log in to Adviser Online
  2. Select Reporting in the menu under the Adviser Online icon and select Client & adviser reporting
  3. Click Run a report for a pension account
  4. Search for the account using the account name or number
  5. Enter the date range
  6. Select Pension Portfolio Valuation and/or Portfolio Summary and/or Pension Portfolio Snapshot to see the account balance for your client’s pension account.

Account balances for pension accounts can also be found in the portfolio valuation tab in Adviser Online.

Portfolio Valuation

  1. Log in to Adviser Online
  2. Search for the account using the account name or number in the global account search bar
  3. Click the Portfolio Valuation tab.
