Fund availability and regulatory requirements may differ for clients with a wholesale investor status. 
 
You’ll need to provide a Wrap Access Qualified Accountant's Certificate to update your client to wholesale status. The Qualified Accountant’s Certificate must be renewed every 2 years to remain wholesale in our systems.
 

How can I check if my client is wholesale for the purpose of investing in IM funds?

The client investor status linked to an account is available on the advice fee consent report under the column labelled 'investor'. 
 
To see your advice fee consent page: 

  1. Log in to Adviser Online
  2. Click Reporting in the side navigation
  3. Click the Advice Fee Consent option.
