Codes for Macquarie Authenticator

Instead of push notifications, you can use one-time 6-digit secure codes from the Macquarie Authenticator app to approve some transactions and other account activity. These codes update every 30 seconds and are available anytime, anywhere, without needing an active internet connection or mobile coverage. The use of codes is one of the most secure verification methods.  

To view your code:

1. Log in to your Macquarie Authenticator app
2. Click on Codes
3. View your code on the Codes screen.

You can use this code to log in and trust your browser and verify certain actions or account changes from Adviser Online. Remember to take Macquarie Authenticator with you when travelling.

On the verification screen:

1. Click Verify another way 
2. Click on Code 
3. Click on Next 
4. Enter the code that’s available on your Macquarie Authenticator app 
5. Click Submit.
