Transfer using BPAY

Your clients can transfer money to their Investment account using BPAY®. Please note BPAY deposits take up to three business days to clear. 

Online or phone banking

Your clients will need access to online or phone banking if they want to transfer funds using BPAY. If they don’t have access to online or phone banking, they’ll need to contact the financial institution holding the funds, which must be a BPAY payer, to sign up. Please ensure the funds they want to transfer are available on the day of the nominated transaction. 

Customer reference number (CRN)

When prompted, they’ll need to enter their CRN. For Investment accounts, your client's CRN will be their account number.

Use the correct code

Your clients need to use the right BPAY biller code to ensure their funds reach the right account. See the table below for the BPAY biller code for their product.
