What if I can't use Macquarie Authenticator?

We understand some clients may not be able to use Macquarie Authenticator due to vulnerability or accessibility concerns. You may be exempt from using digital requests based on the following exemption reasons:

  • Experiencing vulnerability
  • Experiencing accessibility issues such as no smart phone device, no email address or internet accessibility.

Your first point of contact should be your adviser. If you can’t contact your adviser or don’t have one on your account, please contact us for an exemption via email at service@wrapinvest.com.au.

Once an exemption has been approved, you’ll be able to use paper forms for the below processes where paper forms have been removed. We may not accept the form if you don’t have a digital exemption.
