How to access the Client Portal

Your clients can view their accounts and products through our Client Portal:

  1. For Grow Wrap, go to wrapinvest.com.au, for Voyage, go to wrapinvest.com.au/voyage
  2. Click Customer Login
  3. On the online portal login page, they’ll need to enter their Access Code and password.

Client is unable to log in

If your client has forgotten their log in details, they can easily retrieve them. They’ll just need access to their registered email address and mobile

Retrieve client Access Code

An Access Code is an eight-digit number that lets you log into the online portal. To retrieve their Access Code, your client can:

  1. Go to the online portal and select Log in
  2. Click Trouble logging in?
  3. Select Forgotten your Access Code
  4. Enter their last name, date of birth and registered email address. Select Submit.
  5. If the details are correct, they’ll receive an email with their Access Code.

Reset client password

Your clients can also reset their password through the Client Portal:

  1. Go to the online portal and select Log in
  2. Click Trouble logging in?
  3. Select Forgotten your password
  4. Enter their Access Code and mobile number. Select Submit.
  5. In the Macquarie Authenticator app they’ll receive a push notification to change their password
  6. Select Yes, reset
  7. Create a new password.

What clients can access

View their account balances

Your client can view their account balances on the home page once they’ve logged in to the online portal.

Manage their transactions

Your Investment Service (IDPS) clients can also manage their transactions through the online portal.

How can my investment clients make a payment from their bank account using electronic funds transfer (EFT) or BPAY®?
  1. Log in to the relevant online portal for their product
  2. Select the dollar sign icon from the side menu
  3. Select Make a payment
  4. Select the account the payment should come from
  5. Select the payee (EFT) or biller (BPAY®) from your payee list, or add a new payee or biller
  6. Enter the amount and an optional payment description for the payee e.g. Reference number
  7. Check the payment date. Select to pay Now or Later or if you’d like to set a recurring payment
  8. Select Next
  9. Include payment details like notes, attachments and categorisation. These are optional and won’t be visible to the payee
  10. Select Review payment
  11. Check all details are correct and select Confirm transfer
  12. Your client will receive a push notification to approve the payment in the Macquarie Authenticator app.

You can optionally print a receipt of the transaction via the Print icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Payments require validation via two-factor authentication.

It’s important to ensure the BSB and account number your client enters are correct. The account name is not used for processing payments and we do not match the account name against the account number they provide. Entering incorrect details may mean the wrong account is credited and it may not be possible to recover the funds.

Manage their dashboard

The dashboard offers your clients a snapshot of their finances as well as providing tools for budgeting and cashflow management. The dashboard is displayed when your client logs into the online portal

The dashboard can be customised to add and remove information widgets, and to configure the information displayed in the widgets.

Widgets available in the online portal:

  • Upcoming payments
  • Asset allocation
  • Balance history
  • Spending categories
  • Budgeting
  • Total net wealth
  • Cashflow
  • Recent activity
